I have finally fitting into some of the newer clothes, and one of them is size 40 jeans from a 54. the weight is now slowly dropping now, hoping to be under 200 by xmas !
Wow! Congrats Jody. I know that's exciting stuff to fit in a size 40 after being larger size for so long. I know I have quite a few pairs of jeans that I haven't worn in years that I'd like to get back into. So yeah - congrats on that - now you gotta start a photo album and post some pictures of the newly slimmed down dude

Hi Jody,
Congratulations on dropping from 54 to 40. I am new in this forum and looking for some tips to lose 35 lbs.
May I know how you lose weight? It would be helpful for me and for all those who are willing to lose some lbs and looking for some help. Thanks in advance for any input.
