Hi Linda and welcome to The Journey - feel free to introduce yourself over at the Howdy Hi Introductions section

My apologies for the very delayed response. I've been quite slow with posting and promoting WLSJourney.org -- At anyrate - Check out the Eating Right section and it's subforums for recipe ideas. I have also created a new website which will house only WLS-friendly recipes. It's sister-site to the forums ==> WLS Journey Recipe Central. I'm still in the process of posting the first 200-300 recipes before the "official" annoucement - but check it out - there's some wonderful recipes on there you might like.

So you had the lapband eh? How's your new pouch treating you?

Jacquii.
