Good Morning

I have been slacking lately about charting my food. I admit it , and now that I have said it outloud, I have to do it. It is all about accountability --which was-- in the past during my losing phase-- a vital part of my day.

(BTW, anyone who wants an accountability partner can contact me by Private Message)

I use The Daily Plate by LIVESTRONG. It is free and is really comprehensive, but easy to use.

Default Re: The Daily Plate

I don't use a food tracker. It was recommend early as post-op to keep a food journal but I said naw... It's not something that I can see myself doing forever - so I didn't continue. For me - it's about building new habits that I know I can keep and food tracker doesn't enter the equation. Thanks for posting the link though - I'm sure someone can make use of it

Jacquii.
