I like the Unjury protein powders available at UNJURY Medical Quality Whey Protein Isolate. Great Tasting Whey Protein Supplements for Everyday Health! High Protein and High Quality. --- Not only are their products high protein quality but there customer service is awesome! I had an issue with the strawberry sorbet flavor - I just didn't like it - so I sent an email asking if I could return it - well long-story short - I was apologized to and was sent vanilla and chocolate tubs for FREE! It was quite a pleasant surprise actually.

But anyway - the taste of their products are nice (the chocolate, vanilla & chicken soup anyway) -- there's no aftertaste that you have with other products... They're a little expensive - but you pay for the quality.

As far as the pureed food stage - I basically stuck with refried beans, yogurt & protein puddings. I just couldn't fathom the idea of processing chicken breast in my magic bullet = YUCK!

Check out THIS THREAD for more ideas on soft proteins
