Most people think you have to spend 60+ minutes per day exercising in order to get the benefits from it...this is simply not true! The recommendation is for 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week (i.e. 4-5 days). Don't have time to do all 30 minutes at once? You can split it into two sessions of 15 minutes. Now, who can't find 15 minutes twice per day to exercise???
Nice piece of advise from Rebecca Johnson, BS, CPT - Exercise Physiologist at New Life Center for Bariatric Surgery. Using this frame of thought - I'm on a ball - doing 45-60 minute walks a day. 4 or 5 days a week when the weather is good out. Feeling good about things.

Who else is exercising? Doing anything special? Joined a gym and work out regularly? Picked up a Sweatin to the Oldies and making use of it?

What's your routine? How are you getting your 30 minutes of recommended exercise?

Hi Admin,
Yes I have been doing exercise regularly since last 8 months and have lost extra weight with workout and diet meals. Regular exercise reduce high blood pressure and prevent from depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and certain types of cancer.
