Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C power, this cool treat disproves the maxim, “If it tastes good, it can’t be good for you.”
Blueberry Smoothie
Preparation Time 4 min | Cooking Time 0 min:
2 servings


Ingredients
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries or 2 cups (10 oz.) frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
  • 1 cup pineapple, orange and strawberry juice blend or pineapple-orange juice
  • 1 container (8 oz.) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp. splenda
  • Add 1 scoop of unflavored Protein Powder (optional)

Steps
  • In the container of an electric blender, combine blueberries, juice, yogurt, protein, and splenda. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish with blueberry skewers spiraled with thin strips of orange peel, if desired.
