Preparation Time 10 min | Cooking Time 0 min:
3 servings
Ingredients- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
- 1/2 cup peeled, sliced fresh peach
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Steps- Combine first 3 ingredients (and protein powder if added) in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
- Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
