I wonder if you might be able to advise her regarding her issue....? I just read her most recent post and was just flabbergasted actually - I thought of you LOL --- Anyway - will appreciate if you can take a look at her thread and see if there's anything that could possibly help her.

Great..thanks for doing that. Just a personal note about me for your own knowledge... I work for one of the nations largest group health insurance companies, for 23 yrs and much of that time I have been involved either as one making the decision to cover WLS (years ago, insurance companies didnt have a huge medical staff like they do now) or I assist folks in getting authorizations approved as I now serve as a subject matter expert for the employers to come to with sticky issues. Just want you to know that when I get on my soapbox about insurance, its because I have the unique advantage of being on both sides of the issue.

Heya Robin! Thanks for that insightful "Dispelling the myth" post - I stuck the thread at the top of the Insurance Talk forum.
