    Hi Sandy - I apologize for the waaaaay delayed response - I've been on a bit of hiatus the past couple weeks.

    At anyrate - welcome to the Community - It's been a bit slow around here lately - but still a nice source of info... Congrats on your surgery btw and welcome to the Losers Bench too! How have things been for you thus far?

    Thank you for your welcome. note. I will have the gastric Bypass at OHSU in Oregon on Friday. I am scared and nervous.
