Jacquii hello, What a coincidence. My husband is from Roane Co. on the mountain. I also had the roux-en-y gastric 10/18/2002 in Birmingham Ala. We were stationed in Montgomery. I have gained ALL my weight back slowly and all the problems are coming back. The military did all kinds of tests on me and said..well we hate to admit it but we think your problem is genetic..yeah right my metablolism genetic..But here I am again hurting, feeling frustrating and need help. I look at the posted recipes and I think. well how much of each serving do I eat for a gastric patient. I am really confused. I have ADD so if it is not right there in front of me.I just cannot understand. But please hold me up. I need some support. No one around here will help me. Well my husband will. And again nice to talk to a fellow Tennessean
