    Pregnancy after Weight Loss Surgery

    It's good resource. Lots of women with successful pregnancies and healthy babies. In fact one of todays posts is asking if there is a higher chance of TWINS after WLS.

    thank you for the website i really appreciate it. My doctor was not very optimistic about me being able to have a baby afterward. He said he's seen some of his patients have them but some have a lot of miscarriages. I kinda feel like i'd be worse off having a baby at my weight but i'm still just very nervous about he whole thing. lots to think about!

My battle with being overweight started at birth. I was born 11 lbs 3 oz. I suspect my mother had gestational diabetes but that wasn't something they were aware of in the 1950's.

I was the smart, fat and unpopular girl throughout my school days, a story I'm sure a lot of us can relate to.

But like a caterpillar morphing into a butterfly, college was a revelation, I was beautiful and it only took the Right Guy to convince me.

Mr. Right Guy and I married...
