MsJacquiiC 04-18-2010, 08:25 PM Hi, glad to hear from someone. I had surgery 12-14-09, down to 192.5 from my highest weight of 250 lbs. It's not always easy but it has been so worth it! Hope to meet more folks on the journey! Wow! Almost 60 pounds thus far is WONDERFUL progress! So congrats on that and welcome to Onederland. I'm sooooo looking forward to being below 200 pounds! I tell you what though - I 2nd the notion that WLS is not an easy journey. The surgery is only a tool used to assist in making the lifestyle changes we need to make a bit more attainable so to speak. Dang - That was a long sentence LOL --- At anyrate - Glad you decided to join the forum - Have a look around the various sub-forums on the main forum index page (http://wlsjourney.org/community-forums/) and feel free to post in topics of interest! I myself am in the process of recuperating from a recent surgery - so hopefully in the next couple weeks - I'll start again the process of promoting the forum and getting members active. Again = Welcome, enjoy and happy posting! AND keep up the good work ;) Jacquii. minime 04-19-2010, 08:02 PM Thanks for the kind words, however I need some help. EXERCISE!
