The following is a quote by Kelly Williams, the Exercise Physiologist with New Life Center for Bariatric Surgery (Dr. Boyce & Dr. Williams' office) in Knoxville, Tennessee. I think the knowledge espoused within is special, so I share it in hopes that it gives you a bit of inspiration as well. :)

Jacquii.

Hello everyone,

If you exercise regularly, what is going to keep you motivated to exercise for better health forever?

If you are not exercising regularly, what is going to motivate you to accomplish this?

Think of your exercise as physical medicine, take it as often as you can just like you take other medicine. The only difference is that your physical medicine is forever, hopefully some of your prescriptions will be eliminated as you get healthier.

Have a great week.
Be fit.

Kelly

hi..
i can understand that any exercise seems better when it burns higher amounts of calories as calories really do count for weight loss, however its the calories used from fat that makes the difference.

So true. I wish there was an exercise that could especially target my 'trouble' areas = like an exercise to loose the extra fat on my thighs or stomach.
