Ingredients
3/4 cup fat-free milk
2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
1/2 cup peeled, sliced fresh peach
1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Steps
Combine first 3 ingredients (and protein powder if added) in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
