I'm eating out tonight and I'm really scared. It's an Italian restaurant. Any suggestions of what I might be able to order? I haven't eaten out yet. Was banded end of October. After eating a small tuna sandwich yesterday I had to get rid of it and lie flat out on the floor to try and dislodge it. I find it hard to remember to eat tiny tiny bits and slowly. Habits of a lifetime.
