Default A New Start Andydale Started This Thread

Hi, I'm Andrea. I had a gastric en y on September 12, 2011. I have had no major complications. Only problem I'm having is I'm still hungry and am losing slower than most. I'm trying to exercise and go into my pool. I am in a wheelchair but I'm a little jealous of some of you fast losers. Since the surgery, I've lost around 30#. I feel much better and have more energy. Anybody have any ideas toget rid of hunger pangs?

Just make a plan for it. don't have your whole food in one time. eat at proper duration it wouldn't feeel you hungry. even if you are feeling he same then have some sugar free biscuits.
