Question What Are You Listening To RIGHT NOW? MsJacquiiC Started This Thread

Easy game... Tell us what you're listening to. If you're like me - then you might just have your computer speakers cranked up, blaring some Rossini or some Coltrane or some kind of exquisite music. Perhaps your television is on MTV or VH1 or CMT and you're jamming without the use of your computer speakers? Perhaps you're not jamming at all and are listening to some new program? Who knows? IDK - but I want to know! So....

Question: What are you listening to RIGHT NOW?

I'm listening to the fire and police scanner, to which I am sadly addicted. My ex husband was a fireman, and I used to listen to hear if he got dispatched somewhere. I also got very close to taking a job as a 911 operator. I went through the acadmedy and took the tests and placed first. I decided not to take the job as my kids were still fairly young and the hours were rough. Now I am just plain nosy and like to hear what's going on. I have the fire department, the police and the sherrifs as well as the state fire department.
I live in a pretty safe town, so it's usually nothing too dramatic, but sometimes it is. There are a lot of wierdos here, so lots of the stuff is pretty amusing.
Sorry for the long winded answer!

You are so silly Sis -- I know quite a few people who listen to scanners here in Oak Ridge (the boring-est, yet beautiful-est city in Tennessee) LOL

Anyway - I'm not listening to the sexy sounds of LeToya Lucket's new album Lady Love. You can here the title track on my JPiC Forum profile page --> Poetry in Color Forum - View Profile: MsJacquiiC -- I like here sound and her bravado.

Jacquii.
