ardita here. VSG 4/29/09. Start weight 217. Down to 165. Hope to get to 125. The going is pretty slow anymore. Love my VSG. Very uncomplicated. Feel normal again. Glad to be here. Ms. Jacquii is a sweetheart...

Hiya Ardita! Welcome to The Journey - I'm glad you found your way over - We're a new community which hasn't been very busy at all. There's a lot of good info here though - and I'm hoping to get the memberbase motivated for posting soon.

btw - I thank you for the sweetheart comment - but I'm sure there are quite a few who'd beg to differ LMAO - It's because I'm a bit vocal in my opinion - but I do try to be a sweetheart on occasion

I don't believe you though. Vocal is okay as long as one is fair-and you certainly were willing to be. And that makes a sweetheart to me!
