My name is Angela and I will be having lap RNY Oct 20. I'm both excited and nervous at the same time, but ready to get this journey started. It's great to have a place like this to see how others are doing and to share.

One week! Congrats on your date Angela and welcome to the forum. Dr. Boyce was my surgeon - He did an excellent job - I've not had any complications whatsoever and had lost 88 pounds the last time I weighed which was my 4-month post-op mark. I'll have my 6 month consult next Thursday! So you've chosen an excellent surgeon and a wonderful program in New Life Center!

Anyway - hope you enjoy the forum = We're quite new so any and all posts you make will be greatly appreciated. Again, welcome, enjoy and Happy posting

Jacquii.
