I joined the site last night and was to tired to post. So now here I am. I am Ronni 35 and married to my soul mate and hero Michael who is in in US Army. We are currently stationed in South Korea. I am 2 years post op from gastric bypass and lost a total of 177lbs. I been maintaing my weight off! I always have a special saying my head when I want something that I really don't need to eat. Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass A type of gastric bypass procedure which combines restrictive and malabsorption techniques - meaning, it reduces the amount of food a patient can comfortably eat (restriction), and also reduces the amount of calories that can be digested in the small intestine (malabsorption).
