Hi everyone! My name is Betsy and Im a 62 year old who had Lap/RNY four years ago the 14th of this month. I lost 140 pounds and have kept off 120 of it, and working on the little that I have gained. It is the best thing I ever did for myself. I am a hundred percent healthy and able to do about anything. Glad to find a place of support! Hope to make some new friends!
