Just wanted to introduce myself here. Looking forward to dicussions and learning fom all. I started this journey las November with Lband surgery in March since then Im down 92 lbs in just over 7 months. Very happy with results people really starting to notice. Lightest I've been since 1993 23 to go too hit initial Goal!!!

I am a 40 year old single father of a 5 year old, I farm in Iowa and really am starting to enjoy life again!
