Hi everyone,

My name is Debbie and I'm as new as they come to WLS. I just decided to have WLS with the realize band. I'm just starting my 6 months of supervised diet and exercise. I'm anxious to read everyone's posts and learn about the journey I'm about to take.

Debbie

Welcome to The Journey Debbie and congrats on making the decision to have WLS - It's gonna be a heck of a ride and I know for me personally = the best decision I've made for myself in years. I had the lap roux-en-y back on April 28th and have lost close to 100 pounds. I'm feeling better than I have in years!

Jacquii.
