Hi Everyone

I'm Deborah I'm 47 will be 48 in December and I will be 4 years Post Gastric By Pass in February next year. I lost 210 lbs I started weighing at 398 and I'm now 188. Ironically in the last year I've lost 43 lbs so don't let anyone tell you that you will stop losing after your first year I didn't. I had started back to work part-time and will be going back to college starting on the 30th taking Marketing. Don't ever let anyone hold you back from your dream of what you want to achieve. You have to believe in yourself because in order to convience others to believe in you. You have to prove to them that you can do it. The reward is great when you get all the praise from virtual strangers who have seen you in the past and noticed the change in you. It helps keep you on track and going to your goal.
