Hi Leigh-Ann and welcome to the community! Nice to have you here - I'm a Mama of a few "fur babies" too - well surrigate (sp?) perhaps - Technically their my Mama's but I take care of em... sometimes. A 1 1/2 old pitbull - 3 year old chihuahua - a 2 month old peki-pug (half pekingnese and french pug) and a 3 year old white kittycat named PrincePoo - I love 'em - they're the greatest.

155 Just wow! That's phenomenal! I'm sure you can offer Members much inspiration.

At anyrate - just an fyi - You can update your profile as well as edit your avatar. I've added a nice selection of avatars or you can upload you own. Do enjoy all the forum has to offer = Happy posting!

Jacquii.

My furbabies are Angel a 2 and half year old pure husky, Aspen a 9 month old husky, German Shepard, yellow lab mix and finally Stormy a stray that come to us. He's maybe 3 months old at the most. They are my babies. I am glad I could be inspiration. I've worked so hard. I went from 286 to 132. Size 26 to size 8. I just on monday bought my first size 8. I was in heaven! Good bye double digits forever!!! I had my surgery done at an Army Hospital in South Korea. My dr was American and civilian and I loved her!! I had the sweetest best nurses through my 5 day stay. I had the open surgery not lap. She didn't do. So I have a big scar which bothers me at times but least it was very successful. I surprised the nurses with my recovery. I'm very proud of how far I came. I often counsel women online about to go through it. My goal weight is 125 and I'm almost there but its so hard! I love food, cooking and I got bad about diet soda and snacking cause I could eat more what I wanted but stood back stopped the bad habits and dropped 9 more pounds last month. I'm not working right now. Jobs are hard to come by here but I'm applying like crazy so instead I'm volunteering like crazy=) So I have some stuff going on this afternoon and as soon as I get time I will sit down and work on my profile and explore some more.

Surgery in South Korea? -- I don't know about that one LOL - But it sounds like you've had a wonderful experience thus far with it and you've lost so much weight! And yeah -definitely should be proud - I know I would be.

Well - enjoy the forum Leigh-Ann and do let me know if I can be of assistance. See ya around posting
