Hi, Deena from NJ here, WLS support is so important for weight loss and maintaining. I have 8 more lbs for personal goal and my Dr said another 10 would bring me to the 100lb mark. I don't know if I will go that far. I'm a size 10 now and just need to lose the belly blob. Very happy I did this
I feel so good now- love to take long walks whereas last year I couold not make it down my block

Default Re: Hi

Ha! I know exactly about not being able to make it 'round the block LOL - Sad but true - I couldn't make it a good 200 steps without having to stop and hold to something, catch my breath because I'd be so winded. So congrats on the success - seems like WLS has been remarkably good to you!

Anyway - welcome to The Journey Deena - nice to have you here. Feel free to edit your avatar - we have a nice selection or you can add your own.

Enjoy and Happy posting!

Jacquii.
