Hi I'm Erik Estabrook, I lost 70lbs due to dieting and exercise,
I was 250 lbs now I'm 180 lbs one thing I've learned is the first step is the hardest
when your a soggy heavy weight its so hard to get yourself to exercise and this was my problem as well
and when you do exercise soemtimes you find that you can't do much compared to other people,
as long as you don't let this hurt your feelings you can lose the weight
its not about how you look out there to other people at the time focus on how you want to look and get that drive and you can do it
