Wow! Great job on the weightloss so far Karl. Welcome to The Journey = Glad to have you here! I had my RNY in April of 2009. I too started in the 400+ category (438) -- so we have similar stats. I haven't lost quite as much weight as you have - but 165pounds in a year is not too shabby right
