Quite true Dawn. And you're correct. We are surgically altered people and though the benefits and success far outweight the negatives (in most cases anyway...) -- there are some issues that happen along the journey. I'm 6 months post-op and thus far it has been smooth sailing.
I've generally been a healthy person even when I was super
obese. I've found out recently that my Vitamin D level is again a bit low - so I've started supplimenting 2000 IU twice daily. I've had no other issues and only hope that throughout the next several years that no issues arise at all.
