I don't really work out at all now. I've been told to try some weight/resistance training though. My exercise physiologist told me that I should buy some dumbells. I told her that it'd be like the bumb belle buying dumbbells - all the other shoppers would be horribly mystified by the whole thing

Teasing... But anyway - I do walk which is good cardio exercise. I love to walk actually and try to get a good 30 - 45 minute walk in 4 - 5 days a week. It's been working so far.
