Oh yeah - definitely a mental journey - I would dare say mostly a mental journey, as in the process of striving for success, we must teach our mental to adapt to a totally different way of relating to food. Creating new, good eating habits and sticking to them is one of the most important things that will dictate whether our surgery remains successful!
