I started mine by replacing some foods with yogurts or light soup that are very low in calories. I still get my proteins I need but I don't eat a lot of meat but more in the line of dried beans which I cook with smoked turkey wings it's very low in fat and full of fiber.

The hypothalamus has a set point that has plateaus and you might have reach one just have to work past it. Don't let it get you down. Increase your water intake which will help pull andy salt out of you system making you lose the weight remember your suppose to be driving at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and it's excellent for your skin. If you lose your weight to fast you look like saggy dog
Excellent information and advise Deborah!
I too sometimes suppliment a meal with a cup of lowfat, sugar-free yogurt. 80 calories for one meal is nice and filling as well. Anyway - thanks for the post
