Question Lifting merc78 Started This Thread

I am pre-op RNY. For those of you who have already been thru it can you tell me how much and how soon you were able to lift anything.

My surgery is Dec 22 and once it's New Year's the older kids will be back in school and my husband will be back at work I will be alone with my 10 month old son who weighs 31lbs. I have a few friends in the area who will be able to come help some but I will have more times when I am alone with him. Right now this is my biggest concern about after surgery. Looking forward to the rest and having a better life. I need to make sure my baby is taken care of too.

Thanks for any advice or info you can give.
Tracy
